Christmas 2009

We were blessed with a White Christmas this year in Dallas! The snow started falling on Christmas Eve, and came down until late in the night. Scott's family traveled in from Corpus, San Antonio and Austin.

This was the first Christmas both of our families were together, and it was a great one because Addison was with us. We spent Christmas Eve at Monty's house and had some yummy Mexican food, and then ventured over to Aunt Sue's house on Christmas day for lunch.

2 Month Check up and First Visit with Santa!

Addison saw Santa for the first time today! She was sleepy, so he pulled out "The Night Before Christmas" to read to her.

She also had her 2 month check up today, and is doing great! She's almost doubled her birth weight and already rolled over a few weeks ago.

Weight = 12 lbs. 11 oz. (95th percentile)
Height = 23.3 in. (90th percentile)
Head = 15.5 in. (75th-80th percentile)

Addison's 8 Week Update

Addison is now 8 weeks old, and growing fast! She has now doubled her birth weight, and is smiling all the time.

Since I haven't done a post in a while, below are some pictures from the last month, including several friends that came by to meet her and Addison's first snow this last week in Dallas!

Baby Dedication

We dedicated Addison at church on Sunday, November 15th. She was beautiful! Scott's family were in town from Corpus, so we all had lunch together at Fuddruckers (aka Firecrackers's according to Tyce) after church.

Addison's 1 Month Update

Addison had her one-month checkup today. I can't believe how fast the last month has gone by, and how good she is doing!

Weight = 9 lbs. 13 oz.
Height = 21.8 in.
Head = 15 in.

We had some family pictures taken yesterday for our Christmas card, so I have posted those below.

Hudson's 1st Birthday

Hudson celebrated his 1st birthday with a party on Sunday, November 1st. It was at the park in Meridith & Craig's neighborhood, and everyone enjoyed the small animal petting zoo and playing at the park.
